Pink abounds on this small sampler with a lovely pink house. This small sampler measures 10.5" x 8" and is from my private collection. Worked predominately in pink and green with a bit of red and sporting a man with pale, blue pants and a purple coat. How fun! The original is stitched on 25 count linen, with cross stitch over one and two threads and French knots for the eyes of the animals and man. We will review the small changes in the Greek key border and learn how to hem stitch the edges in class. The original sampler will be brought to class along with a second sampler done by Maria; both of them leaving out the last numeral of the year!

Weaving shuttles come in many types, Flat, Thin, Heddle Boat, Leclerc Slim Boat and Schacht Boat to name a few. Denise's design will fit nicely into the antique wooden shuttle contained in the kit. Design will use 32 count linen. Two designs are offered, one for over one stitching; the other for over two stitching.
