"A Folded Traveling Case" stitched on 32 count linen using Gentle Art and Weeks Dye Works floss in shades of green, red and blue with a hint of white and black. The border was created from a sampler in my collection. A set of 4 charms embellish this folded case with a specialty hand dyed lining and blue wool needle-page. Just a few specialty stitches, over one, Queen, Long Arm, and Saw Tooth Satin Stitch. I will go over the placement on linen and all specialty stitches all while you stitch the border top and left side. Moving onto the construction and pocketed folds for the interior that holds your scissors, and a Needle page and pockets for all kinds of goodies.
Kit includes: Chart, linen, lining, templaltes, wool, buttons, charms, ribbon, needles and floss.
Please bring normal stitching supplies to class, along with extra lighting and magnification if needed.
